The Choctaw Amateur Radio Club, an ARRL affiliated club, meets the third Monday of each month for our regular business
meeting and on the first Thursday of each month for a technical get together. Both meetings start at 7:00 PM in the
Oak Room of the Eastern Oklahoma Country Technology Center, City of Choctaw. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend
our club meetings. A free exchange of ideas and a chance to meet your fellow "Hams" is our recipe for friendship.
We conduct VE testing by appointments only.
Every year the club participates in Field Day. We usually have two transmitters and operate low power battery.
We have a great time and it gives us a chance to practice emergency communications
