Approval of March Minutes:
There were two call sign corrections to the March minutes. Bill K3YC made a motion to accept 
the corrected minutes, and was seconded by Bill N5NUK. The motion passed.
 
Treasurer's Report:
David NH6SM gave the Treasurer's Report.
 
Repeater Shack Report:
Bill N5NUK brought a copy of the renewed club call sign license. Bill N9SQV took the copy to post at the repeater shack.
 
CORA Report:
Bill N5NUK gave a report on Ham Holiday 2009. A list of vendors was given and presentations and seminars was given. Dave WD5G will do a presentation on digital communications. There will be wristbands this year instead of badge holders.
 
Tech Meeting:
Don N5ENQ gave a presentation on Winlink and how to send airmail.
 
Picnic Outing/Field Day:
It was decided to hold the picnic on Saturday of Field Day weekend. Some portable equipment can be set up rather quickly for at least some participation in Field Day. The date is June 27 and the location is the Choctaw Park. The tent will be acquired from C W6NNH.
 
Changes for the Controller:
Larry K5VVD had the UHF equipment to turn over to Ron W5RGT.
 
Miscellaneous:
David NH6SM turned over paperwork to Bill N9SQV for the ARRL club affiliation.
 
There was no other business and the meeting was adjourned.
